Information for participants

Important dates:

Registration: from February 25 to August 15, 2026.

Acceptance of materials for publication in the conference proceedings until August 15, 2026.

Payment of registration fee and confirmation of participation until September 24, 2026.

Arrival day – October 11, 2026.

Opening of the conference – October 12, 2026.

The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.

The conference proceedings are planned to be published by the start of the conference. The conference proceedings will be registered in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and available on the website elibrary.ru by December 31, 2026.

We invite conference participants to publish their research in special issues of the journals: Physics of Metals and Metallurgy (FMM) and Modern Electronic Materials (MoEM).

Each journal accommodates 7-9 full-text articles. Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the respective journals with all required supporting documents.

To publish in a special issue of the journal Physics of Metals and Metallography (conference series), authors must send manuscripts to the conference organizing committee by email by August 15, 2026. The journal is published in English by Pleiades Publishing in partnership with Springer. Manuscripts in both Russian and English are accepted. Translation of Russian manuscripts will be provided by the publisher.

Please indicate that your materials are intended for publication in a special issue of the PhMM journal.

The Editorial Board of the international peer-reviewed journal Modern Electronic Materials (MOEM) invites conference participants to submit full-length manuscripts based on their conference presentations.

The journal is indexed in Scopus (Q4 по SJR 2025) and included in the Russian White List of Scientific Journals. All accepted papers are published in Open Access and exclusively in English.

The submission deadline is September 15, 2026. Authors should indicate in the cover letter that the manuscript is being submitted as part of the conference publication initiative. Only one manuscript per conference presenter will be considered within this conference publication initiative.

Submission to the conference does not guarantee publication.

The Editorial Office guarantees:

• initial editorial assessment within 7 days;

• first reviewers' reports within 2 weeks;

• DOI assignment within 7 days after acceptance.

Please note: the publication fee is paid directly to the Editorial Office of Modern Electronic Materials and is not included in the conference registration fee. The conference organizers do not collect or process APC payments.

Manuscripts may be submitted in Russian or English; however, all accepted papers are published in English only.

The APC, where applicable, is payable only after acceptance. It covers editorial processing, peer-review management, DOI registration and Open Access publication. Online publication and DOI activation are completed after APC payment, where applicable.

Final publication decisions are based solely on independent peer review and compliance with the journal's editorial standards.
