You must be an author or co-author of a paper that has been submitted to and accepted for presentation at the conference.
If you meet the above criterion, please send a formal request via email to the Conference Secretariat mfpa2026@itanas.by.
In your email, clearly state your request and include the following information: full name (as in passport), date of birth, current residential address, passport details (passport number, country of issue, date of issue, date of expiry).
Each participant is personally responsible for obtaining their visa in a timely manner from the respective embassy or consulate. The invitation letter is issued solely for visa application purposes. It does not constitute any financial obligation from the conference organizers. All costs related to travel, accommodation, stay, and conference registration are the sole responsibility of the participant. Please submit your request in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and subsequent visa application.
